Aside from design, we feel that attention to detail is the most important factor necessary to produce a truly enduring, low maintenance, low energy-consuming, and aesthetically pleasing home. Our team works on only one home at a time so that we can guarantee each aspect of the building process receives our undivided attention. We ensure that we are proud of our product and that you, the customer, are completely satisfied with your investment. We have been incorporating "green"building techniques into our effort long before the term "green"was coined, primarily because many aspects of "green"building are merely the derivative of common sense and attention to detail. We are thoroughly committed to helping our customers integrate renewable energy sources and low energy-consuming features into their homes. We are also acutely aware of the impact that both building and living in a new home has on the environment, and we strive to minimize our, the builder and the customer's, ecological footprint. By building a quality home that will last for hundreds of years with very little maintenance, we are able to achieve our goal.
